This annual event is a great way to start your senior athletics journey, make new friends and be part of a fun team environment.

This year ages on offer are from U10 up to Masters, covering events from 100 up to and including 1500 and 1500 walk, as well as field event relays of High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and Hammer.

There are no entry standards, anyone who is a member of Manly Warringah Athletics (Sydney Pacific) can participate, you don't need to be the best just give it a go.
