 Draft Event Timetable

4.00 pm – 200m

4.30 pm – 1,500m

5.00 pm –  400m

5.30 pm – 3 k/ 5 k walk * run concurrently 

6.00 pm –  100m

4.00 pm - High Jump * subject to interest 

5.00 pm - Long Jump * subject to interest 

Ages 12yrs. to Masters welcome 

Athletes age from 12yrs must be financial members of ANSW for the 2021-22 season. 12 - 16yrs who are members of LANSW can register as a dual athlete for free through https://www.nswathletics.org.au/get-involved/membership/

Entry fee for event will be $15

Athlete check-in is located in the middle of the granstand.

Track events - Athletes must report to the start 10 mins prior to scheduled start time.

Field events - Athletes must report to the start 20 mins prior to scheduled start time.
